Males have an easier time changing their look. It’s a fact. Every conversation I’ve had with a male AP, they disagree with me. They’re wrong.
The short argument for why it’s easier for males to show up at a casino and be someone new is because it doesn’t take much. Unless he’s got really severe features like a missing limb or facial Vitiligo, most guys can be everyman — naturally forgettable.
Women on the other hand are given more attention initially, because man’s animal instinct is to quickly judge if they want to have sex with us.
It’s science.
For that reason we leave a small imprint on a male casino employee’s consciousness to begin with.
